OK, I think I get what he's saying. The Hollywood Hills have those super-expensive homes for smaller families. Beverly Hills is where those MEGA-mansions are, which larger families might prefer, right? I would just LOVE to live in either location!!

Bel Air is for more older people compared to beverly hills
He implied bel air is for older people since is more private and secluded and basically old money whereas Beverly Hills is for younger people compared to bel air and Hollywood hills is for the rich young people who likes to party and have that bachelor life style with pool party’s and stuff like that that’s why he says Hollywood hills is for much younger people than Beverly Hills and BH is for younger people than those who reside in Bel Air.

Yes Wayna... everything you said is correct and you heard me correctly. Bel Air is "old money" and more conservative so when comparing it to Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills is more hip. When you compare Beverly Hills to the Hollywood Hills, the Hollywood Hills just blows Beverly Hills out of the water with regards to nightlife. Yes Beverly Hills has great restaurants and some night spots, but the Sunset Strip in the Hollywood Hills is just boasting with music venues which attract a younger more hip crowd than Beverly Hills. Hope that clears things up for you!

Beverly Hills is a safe place to live. It has it's own Police Department which is very responsive.
What's the difference between Hollywood and Beverly Hills?
