Autumn is the time to plant tulip bulbs and I’ll show how to plant them in pots.

The Antoinette tulips look glorious.

Beautiful, your tulip collection is delightful. Do you leave the potted tulips in pots after flowering or do you lift them and plant them in the ground for the following year's flowering? Thank you for a great video
Sadly tulip bulbs left in pots rarely flower well the following year, despite regular watering and feed. I tend to plant them out to bulk up for future years and buy fresh bulbs for the pot displays. Which other spring bulbs are your favourites?
@@Adams-Gardening-GuidesI am new to gardening in the UK weather having grown up in the tropics, so learning a lot. Currently I have hyacinth which I am really enjoying. I also planted Polianthes 'The Pearl' for the first time and looking forward to seeing them bloom. Thanks for these great videos....I'm learning a lot
