    Ingredients:
    - 1 pound ground beef (preferably 80% lean)
    - 1 small onion, finely chopped
    - 3 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
    - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
    - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
    - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    - 1 teaspoon ground coriander
    - 1 teaspoon ground paprika
    - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    - 1 teaspoon salt
    - 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
    - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    - 1 egg, beaten (optional, for better binding)
    - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1. *Prepare the Mixture:*
    - In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, and mint.
    - Add the cumin, coriander, paprika, black pepper, salt, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
    - If using, add the beaten egg to help bind the mixture.
    - Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
    2. *Shape the Kababs:*
    - Take a handful of the mixture and shape it around skewers to form long, thin kababs. If you don't have skewers, you can form the mixture into patties or sausages.
    3. *Cook the Kababs:*
    - Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
    - Add the kababs and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a nice brown crust.
    - Alternatively, you can grill the kababs on a preheated grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
    4.Serve the beef kababs hot with naan, rice, or your favorite sides. They go well with a yogurt-based sauce or chutney.
