Ingredients:
*For the Liquid Dough:*
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Spices
- vegetables
Instructions:
1. *Prepare the Liquid Dough:*
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
2. Add the shredded chicken ,vegetables & Mix.
2. *Cook the Sandwiches:*
1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or cooking spray.
2. Pour a small ladleful of the liquid dough onto the skillet, spreading it out to form a thin layer.
3. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
3. *Serve:*
- Serve the sandwiches warm and enjoy!
