In order to do it correctly, you will need the correct sand and keep it at a certain moisture level.. I seen your other attempts.. you need to make 2 boxes or just make it deeper and flat, then plan on grinding and sanding alot of the excess off
@843chops you can usually find a ton of information from the craftsman that mess with wooden boats or sailboats here on CZcams.. they're all about bronze which is sand cast

I don’t plan on doing this often, but I’m going to keep playing with different ways and ideas.
