It’s refreshing to see men who are working to grow in virtue and who practice their faith.
Typical catholic but worse because not only he's a luke warm so called Christian but he's also a woke famous actor who tries please everybody except God. Not once was the name of Jesus mentioned and not once was this God he's suppose to be serving and honoring glorified. But he did give credit to everything else including his own efforts and hard work. Again, just another luke warm phony believer who profess to know God and worship God with his lips but his heart is far away from him. It's all work based religious vain practices like that chalk mark on his forehead. Everything these people do is for show. There's a reason they're called Catholics and they even proudly call themselves that. It's because they're not Christians. Plain and simple.
keep in mind this is the same guy who harassed and jumped black and gay people in the 90's.

I wore my ashes out and about all day too. Our priest told us to wear them and to be proud to be Catholic.

I’m so glad to see devout Catholics keeping their ashes on all day. I too am devout and keep my ashes on all day long. I work for a hotel in Miami and when I got to work my boss asked me if I would be washing the ashes off before service and I told her very proudly, “Absolutely not.’” She didn’t respond with words but I could see she wasn’t happy with my answer. I worked a 12 hour shift that day and I proudly kept my ashes on all day.
Your boss sounds like a jerk. If you were another religion, would she ask you to remove an article of clothing related to that religion? She's probably an atheist!

I was born and raised in Ireland and l Thank God every day for my Dad and Mum for making sur my brothers and sisters and l followed it. Back when l was growing everyone involved grandparents,uncles and aunts. It gets me through each day. I know you lost your Dad young but seems you Mum made sure you and you sisters and brothers were raised well. God Bless them both. Always with us especially as we get older.

Hmm, I always though we were called to imitate Christ in all things, but you’re probably right. Jesus shouldn’t have been doing that, and the Holy Spirit made a mistake when He inspired Matthew and Mark to include Jesus repeating those wrote, repetitive, man-made prayers. I’m glad you’re here to correct 2,000 years of the interpretation of the Gospels. Those silly apostles should have had you to chide and guide them since you have a better understanding of what Christ should have done, rather than what He did do.
