Wooden Name Puzzle (from Reclaimed wood)

- Welcome back to my workshop 😁.
In todays video i show you how to safely make a wooden name puzzle for a 1 year old out of reclaimed wood.
Its a special pressie for Mabel and i have been asked by her Mummy and Daddy to make her something she will use.
I used the CNC machine for this project but you can easily do this with a small trim router and a jigsaw.
I used #painterstouch paints from @RustOleumBrands they are "toy safe" .

I'm sure Mabel will be very happy with her present looks great, do you get much fine spray over everything in your workshop with the 1st small spray gun you used. 👍

😃 A quick search on Amazon for an "air brush" should do the trick. You need the "duel action" or "double action" trigger one. You can get the one I have for just over £20. I was thinking of doing a video about it, but don't know how it would do or if it would be interesting enough 🤔. Thanks for watching Jim 😁👍

😁 Hi Alan, to be honest with you I can't remember the name of the font. I will try to remember to have a look through when I'm in the workshop next. I did however have to edit the font a little to get rid of a few sharp corners that would have been difficult to cut. So glad you found my channel, I hope your enjoying the content 😁. Another interesting video Frank, lucky little girl. I love your CNC router it looks like it can take quite big diameter cutters unlike some of the ones I see on YT. can you tell us all what the spec of it is. cheers. Love the out takes too.
😁 Hi Tom. Thank you. If you have a quick look through my videos I did a full video on the spindle (about a year ago). Look for the "1.5kW spindle" video. Its a great spindle. But probably the absolute max size I could fit on my CNC. Thanks for watching 😁👍
