I have the same processor dell latitude 7280 i get 215 background processors and 3% cpu and ur getting very high usage check ur pc if u have virus if u wanna buy a laptop and get 100+ fps on fornite very cheap dell latitude 5400 my friend has it very good and very cheap amd 540x intel 8th gen i7 under 300$
