Iv had an AS69 for years now and it may shift like a school bus but it absolutely lasts forever and doesn’t give any problems, and will pull anything. On stock power I do wide-open throttle shifts pulling 20,000 pounds almost every day. Do that with any other stock transmission lol

If I’m upgrading my valve body to the baby maker 2000 on my 21’ with 150hp over and trans tuning from CCS:
    1. Which solenoid pack should I be worried about replacing if I had a p0765 UD solenoid fault at 7k miles? Is this code a fluke? (I think one of the solenoid packs need a factory flash…am I screwed?)
    2. On the 5th gen, am I ok running stock trans tuning with the baby maker 2000 and 150+ hp?

Was up in the air on a Allison conversion. Found a shop in Great Falls Montana, Dooly and Tracer talked me into Randy’s 68. Not sure if the stage two comes with a baby maker setup.

I just had mine rebuilt. The input shaft broke and the case. Im having trouble with the torque converter locking up. The shop that rebuilt my transmission pulled the pan yesterday and said they couldn't find anything wrong. The only time it acts up is when I go to pull a camper. I scanned it while it was running and I'm getting random codes. Could the problem be with the wiring harness for the transmission or the sensors in the transmission its a 68rfe

Are your stock rebuilds totally stock or are there upgrades that correct the oem weak points?

Randy I heard about you from a buddy I work with. Anyways I’m pulling a 21,000 pound midy excavator with a 2014 ram tuned and deleted with a stock trans 😕. What would you recommend to have done with the transmission because I know it’s going to go.

I am not randy but at min do a valve body replacement.. if you can swing some trans tunes that will REALLY help. that plus keeping the fluid changed always help. so with that in mind a deep pan with drain plug with the VB..
