Madam, do you use the dry corn flour we buy from the afro market without fermenting it anaa? Can I also use fresh cassava with the banku mix, medaase
Good day Obaa, thanks for always supporting, both the corn and cassava are femented. If you buy dry a corn, mix with water to ferment for 2-3 days to give that pungent smell that comes with Banku. Also, you could use unfemented cassava but I won't recommend that as you won't get the original taste. You can blend raw cassava and fement as well.
