The inversion method involves two primary steps:
1. Massaging your scalp with warm oil.
2. 2. Turning your head upside down for up to 4 minutes.

Many of those who practice inversion, have seen 1 or 2 inches hair growth within a week. But then again, the result differs from person to person.
