- We made the penrose triangle, which seems impossible, by welding metal profile pipes together. First we cut the metal profile pipes with a cutting machine, then we welded the pipes to each other with a welding machine to obtain a triangle. We determined the angles and cut the upper parts of the metal profile pipes to create the illusion of the eye. As a result of our operations, we have obtained an interesting shape called the penrose triangle, which seems impossible to do.

back 1975 in high school I saw a drawing like that and my drafting teacher said IF it can be drawn, it can be made. I disagreed. LOL Now I see, great video. LOL I give you 5 stars my friend.
Yes it can be made, but will look like original drawing only from single angle of view. Its impossible to make 3d object that will look like that from any angle

Actually it the opposite. If you can build it you can draw it - not necessarily the other way ‘round. Just ask any contractor working with an architect’s drawings. 😀

The Penrose Triangle..Superb work on that, I made one from tough card and a heated glue gun for an art project. It can be viewed from only one standpoint. Once again, outstanding work.

I've got one very important safety tip for you. Never take the guard off an angle grinder with a cutting disk. If that disk blows that debris will be flying off at 7200 RPM. It will have no problems with taking out your fingers or knuckles. We've had this happen a few times at our shop. A sew-back-on finger is never the same as the original.

u re damn right! Once the cutting disk blew up, it cut the sinew on my upper foot off, hit back and wounded upper leg. The surgeon has been taking off all the parts of the cutting disk for an hour. And i couldnt walk well for a half of a year. But ive got some nice scars.
You've got to master Cutting with angle grinder. One's you learn to operate angle grinder properly, you won't blow disks. People who use grinder everyday don't use guard to get better movement and mobility. i keep the guard because of sparks and metal particles coming while cutting. But guard is important to those who doesn't use angle grinder everyday...
I agree its unsafe but there are works on metal cutting that you cannot do with the cover on it. In real life most skilled metal guys didnt use a cover.

Not the video we wanted, but the video we needed.
I grew up in my father's steel fabrication shop and have never seen the weird technique of dragging the rod so fast. If you are burning through your material, maybe you need to read up on how to set your machine. Admittedly these are not the worst looking welds I have ever seen but they can look a hole lot better and be structurally much stronger if you learn how to stick weld properly. I know lives don't depend upon the quality of the welding done in this video but PLEASE DO NOT COPY THIS EXAMPLE IF OF WELDING YOU ARE DOING ANYTHING STRUCTURAL !!!
also maybe just use the right machine?? like you can get an $80 tig machine that wil do the job
$50 says you couldnt stick weld that without blowing holes. Also, not everyone lives in the 1st world and can just buy a welder and gas.
