Something I noticed about myself back in 2013 or so If I was alt-tabbing in deaths instead of watching teammates in spec cam, there was a notably higher chance we were going to lose the game If I stayed paying attention for the whole CS:GO match, my personal performance (and thus the team's performance) was often way better Keeping my head in the game even when I'm dead for the round has such a huge impact

thanks for the amazing video. probably the best thing I did for my aim is hand eye coordination. plus factor, you don't even need a computer. how to do it. throw and catch a tennis ball, follow the path of the ball with your eyes not your head. you can simply throw the ball in the air or bounce it off the wall. do it for each arm. to practice your peripheral, 1 ball each hand then try to catch them.
Funny thing is i was litterally telling my friends this today. Tracking is aiming, anyone can point at a spot hold and click. Aiming is identifying target and locking on and then terminating it.
That builds bad technique in practice, you should try to get your crosshair on target not infront or behind them because you're relying on predicting their next movement and you're adding extra time to kill.
My friend made me practice tracking everyday for 300 straight seconds everyday before playing. -.-... It is the single most RAGE INDUCING thing I have ever done... but... i still do it...

another way to deal with bad tracking is to aim further right/left then when they run on your crosshair you click

So after we learned and mastered the tracking that's lead to focus on enemy's head or crosshair ?
you'll train your eyes to follow and focus on your target which will enable your mouse hand to follow suit
