You guys are not gonna believe this - my 1660super 6GB rig picked up a 2 buck container and has been running it for the last 24 hours :o My 3070 8gb also had 2 buck container and ran for 24 hours.
I’ve seen that those are on the network. What’s cpu and ram you running and how much?
4070 ti super 16gb, amd 5950x, 64 gb ddr4 3600 c14, get 4.75 - 5.10 containers on newest NVIDIA driver.

Having frequent jobs on my 4060 8GB card. I have a more longer workload on my 4060 8gb than my 4070 Ti rig.
3 PC's here. 3090. Does OK. But doesn't have jobs all day. 2 x 4060ti 16gb. One I've had longer. It sometimes out earns the 3090. But the other is 3 or 4 days new. Had 64gb of ram double the other 4060ti and hasn't got one job yet... Lol. Accidentally turned off the 1st one. And it got a job immediately after rebooting. So lol. Uptime matters less than being in the network for 2 weeks over 2 days.
Now. All 3 on 1.80 ish jobs. Crazy the 4060ti can match the 3090 but 3 x less power. Both can get 4to5 dollar jobs. But. All 3 working away on 1.80 each is better than this morn. Nothing!

Good evening Brandon. I ran into a hiccup with the new update. When installing 1.6.1, I ran into an issue with my Gigabyte 4070 12gb going degraded. I reinstalled Nvidia driver 552.44 and it resolved itself.
Hello Brandon. Could you explain why a 4070ti could be better than a 3090? Is it faster? More efficient? Is it for a specific container? I’m asking because I was planing to add a rig with a 3090 but now I’m doubting about it.

I can tell you that a 4070 ti does more FPS than a 3090 ti in all my personal use cases. - which includes mostly gaming and a little mining. I, however, have not jumped on the salad bar yet as switching between PROP pools is more profitable for my personal situation.
Customers apparently can chose generations as well as Vram size. So even though the 3090 has more ram the 40 series has better AI cores.
I've have two mini pc's only running bandwidth sharing, have not got a single job yet it's been a couple weeks :( 1000 up&down
Do you know why mine just drops jobs? The vmmem will pop up for like 10 minutes then just disapear. Any help is appreciated
Hmmm 1.6.1 doesn’t seem to be helping much. I now have a rig that’s is in degraded state, and it has never been that way. Others are not getting very good jobs.
Just curious , wich cpu are you going to use in Proxmox to split between the 2 VMs?

We only got 50 down 10 up in my area.
They require to have Gigabit up and down connection. They didnt give a minimum speed. They only told the speed needed for bandwidth sharing.

I don't understand this whole calculating thing you talking about. Mine keeps saying that that but but I'm making over $2 a day and and now with 1.6.1 I'm making just slightly more. It took about a half a day for it kick up to $2 a day but it's back up there. But it's always says calculating for me. Never says anything other then that.
Is it working atm? You earn daily if it has on and off jobs. So when it's not working. Calculating is fine. But if it's working while showing calculating then support ticket that up.
@djchotus1 all I know is I'm making $2+ a day and it's always says calculating. It using just over 14 gigs of ram and about 10% of my cpu and it hits my gpu on and off. I have crypto turned off. So I know it's not doing that in the background.
Also hay $2 a day a way better then mining crypto right now. Lol

Wondering what anybody thinks I have a dual processor with 128 GB of RAM that I had that 4060 TI in and I couldn't get a job if I knock it down to 64 GB of RAM what's the probability of me getting a job or does anybody think that'll make a difference
my 3070 Ti has had steady 1.85 all week and stopped for gaming last night then re-enabled and got a job again a few hours later
Dam. Lucky. I have dedicated to salad PC's and they not in jobs all the time.

I can see why they made it against tos to have more then one account because once you have to stop the first jobs they give you its calc from then on been two days now i have other mb with different ids
i have 13 rigs just calculating after the update....
Are all 13 of these computers connected to a single router?

@@bluemarble4051 about %25 of them have a job right now. mostly running 4090s and 3090s, with 64ram, 8-6 cores cpu for now.
Same here 1.61 something changed with 1.61 and no containers with 4 rigs
