i really enjoyed watching this recipe , i am 15 yrs old and i make most of my families food we are nigerian so i am definatly going to be making this for the fam :)
It would be easier to create the marinade in a bowl and then smear on the fish instead of pouring each ingredient. I use suya spice small Maggie paprika oil and lime juice and always marinate fish overnight so the flavor is inside. Chefs kiss
Looked nice, and I'm not only fussy about fish, but also cuisine I dont know. And your voice wasn't annoying at all, like many of the women who do recipe shorts. 👌❤
Thank you.. I have always wondered why olive gardens, Romano macaroni grill, apple bees, cheddar, mcdonalds, burger kings, pizza places, and all the chain restaurants in the USA are so famous when there os wholesome, delicious, healthy foods from india, africa, Brazil, south america, Asia, and Hawaii that are way better for human consumption that are not mass produced for people to eat. Scientific study shows that these foods stop dementia, colon cancers, and diabetes..

It was gutted, there a way to do it without cutting it open. Besides you can see her pushing the pepper mix into the fish, if it was not gutted it won't be possible
How did you take out the stomach cavity if the fish wasn't cut open aside from the small cuts on the skin? Or maybe am not seeing well. Looks delicious 😋
Wanted to say again for all the ingredients you comment in of of yr vid,but was wondering do you go cut the fish belly, and tske out all the junk in there like us 🇯🇲do with fish.
It's actually not that much. Depends on the type of pepper and chilli flakes used. The type she used isn't that hot, scotch bonnets are mild unlike Trinidad Reaper pepper, if the chilli flakes had been Cameroon pepper, then yup...fire! 🔥🔥🔥
