It would be easier to create the marinade in a bowl and then smear on the fish instead of pouring each ingredient. I use suya spice small Maggie paprika oil and lime juice and always marinate fish overnight so the flavor is inside. Chefs kiss

It was gutted, there a way to do it without cutting it open. Besides you can see her pushing the pepper mix into the fish, if it was not gutted it won't be possible

You'll pull them out with the gills. Try to get everything and yank it out gently
