Not all defence budget goes into Capex, Out of 100 rupees allocated, only 27 rupees goes for capex, rest 73 rupees goes for revenue expenditure which is for salaries and pension, operational cost and training etc.

None of the defence and railway stocks look attractive at this time both technically and fundamentally...chumma kadha adichi vittu yemathathinga retailers ah...even if they get more orders and good news from budget, it will take time to show in their results..so my thought is, it is not right time for an entry even for long term
