Till the end they did not show how the items were made. Melagoottal, we don't exactly what vegetable went in, did the fry the chilli, cocanut and jeerakam, did they grid it. No process information. Same with Chammanthi. It was 2015, hope they have improved the presentation later.

Really Sharma sirname is very surprising that he is a Tamilan. I always thought he is north indian settled in Tamilnadu. I used wonder when he speaks such a clear Tamil with excellent pronunciation.
