I'm reading a book right now that I think will resonate with you and what your are saying. It's called Bashar: blueprint for change. Here are a couple of quotes that I think make my case. "...positive, negative - when blended together in a third persona that is neither and both, all three together form the interaction in mentality that will actually create an effect in the electromagnetic field of the planet on which you now reside." (more or less what you are saying) and this quote, "...each individual, by blending the polarities and becoming the third identity, becomes a reservoir and a wealth of all that is possible..." I"m still trying to figure out how to do this. But from what I can tell. 1st accept it as your own. 2nd pay attention to it, validate the experience, and see what role it is playing and the value in that. 3rd integrate the experience as part of you, now that you can see the value and role it was playing - see that it is good and light. 4th when you see that energy again, acknowledge it's light and that it is a valid option whether or not you choose it. This may need some tweaking still, but this is where I am and what I'm trying to do.

Completely agree with the 4 points, and the choosing part is what I'm finding the most intriguing currently - our free (and ultimately creative, because it determines what comes next) ability to Choose. There is so much context behind my saying that 'negativity' arises to be seen, acknowledged, loved like it is an abandoned child asking for help. I will not go into that now. We are the embodiment of exploration of all there is (as is everything around us, but speaking to human experience here) and every step in a direction creates further paths in that direction (and not just "forward" but all directions). Positive and negative don't fully encapsulate the energy of what is happening in this exploration as far as describing where it comes from (the motivation). The motivation could to be just to see, just to explore, just to Know and decide what we want to feel. Like learning ethics. (Perhaps this human experience the Ethics class ;). Perhaps there's a better word than ethics to describe the class. In this exploration, this decision making of micro (self) and macro (society) scales embedded within another, we are learning about the depth and breadth of feeling: understanding what is too far in a direction we do not want to go, and learning where we want to go further, and that is where our Choices make a huge difference: we can accept all the things we could label as positive and negative into ourselves by knowing the lessons within, the growth we were inspired to make, and can understand/acknowledge/take into ourselves the experiences - and Choose how we want to explore from that point. I'm not sure if I'm making a point, but yes, we can see the value and the role something was playing - in that way we can accept it and see it and Choose the direction we move forward with it. Also, I'm pondering the terms light and dark in ways I'm not able to put into words yet... and this may be my own tangent, apologies if its not interesting. Take our current world (for example): if the light is turned up to a high level, you cannot see, if the light is turned down to a level that is so dark you cannot physically see (though I'd argue here that you can see within, and because I love my Journey practice for which you are blindfolded in order to "see in the dark", I no longer find 'dark' to have a negative connotation - so does that mean light is not 'positive' in it's opposition and what does that mean anyway? I think I understand what others mean by light, to open a discussion about that term (for everyone, not necessarily here in the comments thread). I've also had an experience where I am entering into a loving light and 'seeing' isn't the call there/isn't necessary, so I agree with the connotation of light I hear about, but feel it's used in ways that can be misunderstood... However, I agree with you that all comes back to being in that place of light, where all is accepted, seen, and welcomed back home to its truth - if that resonates with you too - very cool. We live in an in-between place where it is light enough for life to spark, and dark enough for life to develop. And perhaps it is our choosing, individually and collectively to learn and Become (who knows what!) in that development process. I may be rambling, but these are the things I'm contemplating. It is so curious to me why spirit would choose to learn this way, is it learning and deciding what to Choose (through us) in this feeling space? Where we feel separate enough to feel the complete spectrum. Perhaps that is too far to speak about. Difficult to write about. I wonder if over a coffee in person I would say it differently. The only way I got mine cleared out was by energy healing. (not Reiki, that didn't do it. it took quantum healers who could work across lifetimes... patterns tend to repeat lifetime after lifetime, then they become very hard to clear). Regarding pile #3, I realized that Chamunda named herself after the demons that she defeated - Because, she owned the negative energy and because she owned it, she freed herself from the stereotypes of the negativity and could work with the energy freely. I'm reading a book right now that I think will resonate with you and what your are saying. It's called Bashar: blueprint for change. Here are a couple of quotes that I think make my case. "...positive, negative - when blended together in a third persona that is neither and both, all three together form the interaction in mentality that will actually create an effect in the electromagnetic field of the planet on which you now reside." (more or less what you are saying) and this quote, "...each individual, by blending the polarities and becoming the third identity, becomes a reservoir and a wealth of all that is possible..."
I"m still trying to figure out how to do this. But from what I can tell. 1st accept it as your own. 2nd pay attention to it, validate the experience, and see what role it is playing and the value in that. 3rd integrate the experience as part of you, now that you can see the value and role it was playing - see that it is good and light. 4th when you see that energy again, acknowledge it's light and that it is a valid option whether or not you choose it. This may need some tweaking still, but this is where I am and what I'm trying to do.

There is so much context behind my saying that 'negativity' arises to be seen, acknowledged, loved like it is an abandoned child asking for help. I will not go into that now.
We are the embodiment of exploration of all there is (as is everything around us, but speaking to human experience here) and every step in a direction creates further paths in that direction (and not just "forward" but all directions). Positive and negative don't fully encapsulate the energy of what is happening in this exploration as far as describing where it comes from (the motivation). The motivation could to be just to see, just to explore, just to Know and decide what we want to feel. Like learning ethics. (Perhaps this human experience the Ethics class ;). Perhaps there's a better word than ethics to describe the class. In this exploration, this decision making of micro (self) and macro (society) scales embedded within another, we are learning about the depth and breadth of feeling: understanding what is too far in a direction we do not want to go, and learning where we want to go further, and that is where our Choices make a huge difference: we can accept all the things we could label as positive and negative into ourselves by knowing the lessons within, the growth we were inspired to make, and can understand/acknowledge/take into ourselves the experiences - and Choose how we want to explore from that point.
I'm not sure if I'm making a point, but yes, we can see the value and the role something was playing - in that way we can accept it and see it and Choose the direction we move forward with it. Also, I'm pondering the terms light and dark in ways I'm not able to put into words yet... and this may be my own tangent, apologies if its not interesting.
Take our current world (for example): if the light is turned up to a high level, you cannot see, if the light is turned down to a level that is so dark you cannot physically see (though I'd argue here that you can see within, and because I love my Journey practice for which you are blindfolded in order to "see in the dark", I no longer find 'dark' to have a negative connotation - so does that mean light is not 'positive' in it's opposition and what does that mean anyway? I think I understand what others mean by light, to open a discussion about that term (for everyone, not necessarily here in the comments thread). I've also had an experience where I am entering into a loving light and 'seeing' isn't the call there/isn't necessary, so I agree with the connotation of light I hear about, but feel it's used in ways that can be misunderstood... However, I agree with you that all comes back to being in that place of light, where all is accepted, seen, and welcomed back home to its truth - if that resonates with you too - very cool.
We live in an in-between place where it is light enough for life to spark, and dark enough for life to develop. And perhaps it is our choosing, individually and collectively to learn and Become (who knows what!) in that development process. I may be rambling, but these are the things I'm contemplating.
It is so curious to me why spirit would choose to learn this way, is it learning and deciding what to Choose (through us) in this feeling space? Where we feel separate enough to feel the complete spectrum.
Perhaps that is too far to speak about. Difficult to write about. I wonder if over a coffee in person I would say it differently. Speaking of which, how interesting would it be to have a retreat of WFT followers? I've never been to a retreat but when reading comments I wonder what it would be like to be in person with all these commenters in a room.
