Personally, I think it really depends on the brownie and how it's prepared. I admit, a lot of them are not really that great all on their own. But if you get a really good brownie, one that is rich and moist, warm it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle, pecans or walnuts... it's amazing. It's a very solid desert.

One small remark, often the more expensive products are also more sustainably made and are generally a little healthier. At least this is the case in the Netherlands, where I’m from, but I assume it would be the same in the US. These factors also drive up the costs, so comparing them purely on taste doesn’t give the full story.
As an avid Kroger shopper I guessed the second one correctly 😂 their brand of brioche bun is the best! I'm glad to see cheaper options prevail, too
