How to sincronize a carb after 2000. GS? Have no vacuum port on top...

I thought syncing had to be done at 1500 to 1750 RPM????
(using the stationair screw)

Hi,
I am busy building a cafe racer from a GS500. I see the gs in the video had a K&N filter. Has the carb jets been changed? My bike is a 1997 bike and a Canadian import to the UK. Any advice regarding jetting would be appreciated.

what about the fuel mixures? do you sync those as well? im fixing up this bike and it looks like the previous owner messed with the screws. can you give me some advice on what i should do? im not sure how to even get the mixures back to defult
