At 9:46:21 the driver was too early to enter the turning lane.. the area was reserved for vehicles coming from opposite side and turning right. should have waited for the arrow to appear. Thanks for the video anyway :)

Yes, you are correct...they should have gone further forward to enter...this did go down as a minor fault on the driving test...thank you for watching my videos.
