Been following NBT's since their early days. I don't know of any other band that work harder..so many dates on every tour. Long may his voice live!! Such an amazing band❤

Hope Connor might have just been a little under the weather rather than worn out. Saw NBT in Dallas ~5 months ago, and he went full throttle on this song, not backing away and letting the crowd sing and hit the climatic notes with full energy and no cracking. Gets me a little worried about longevity and/or a change to how hard he pushes on future albums and tours. But yeah it has been a long tour, and we are all human and we know he can deliver live like no other.

I was at both shows last weekend, and although both shows were phenomenal, as always, I thought Friday night was a little better than Saturday. He seemed to have more energy on the Friday, and on Saturday he did seem a little more subdued. He told us he was going to get drunk after the show - I think he probably needed some R&R, they’ve been working so hard. I know it must be tough on the rest of the band too, but Conor puts so much energy and emotion into every performance. I really think they’re doing too much, it seems every week they’re announcing another show! I guess they are making the most of their recent success, but the last thing we want is for Conor to get ill like he did before Broken Machine.

What happened to Conor before Broken Machine?

@@dawnedwards9408they were on a long tour in America, and Conor struggled with insomnia which led to him having depression and some mental health issues. He’s talked about it a lot in interviews, he’s very open about it - you can find some of the interviews on CZcams. At one point they thought they might have to give up the band, but he got some help and is doing much better now. They were writing the Broken Machine album while on tour, and a lot of the lyrics were based on Conor’s experiences, Soda for example. Also his side project, Man-Made Sunshine, talks a lot about how he’s coped in the past and is still coping now. He’s a real inspiration to me, I also struggle with depression and his lyrics explain it so eloquently, and to see how well he’s doing now is really uplifting.
