can we talk about how awesome the drums and bass are in this song? it's a masterpiece overall but i feel like people tend to overlook the rhythm elements. the drums starting at 2:30 are SICK.

This song's become a favorite of mine. I relate to it so much, because with all of my anxieties and mental issues, I always feel like I'm a broken machine. I love this version so much because it really emulates the feelings this song brings out
I especially relate to the 'My head goes forward and my heart goes back' part. It sums up my anxieties entirely.

the blend between the gentle sound of the strings and the harsh sound of the guitar really work with the lyrics of the song and Conor's voice.

I'm 57. Love my music. Discovered these guys about a year ago - I now have three of their albums (vinyl - best), seen them live, and will do so again at Cardiff. Been feeling a bit broken recently, but the NBT spark has helped fire me up again. This is proper music amongst the dirge of today. Keep it coming.
