"Speed of light"? Hah! The Flash was barely doing speed of sound at the time. The first time a Flash went light speed, they died as their body was converted to energy.
@@SpikeTheWolf The NEW52 versions of JSA were comic books, which means instead of the true inspiration of JLA they were just imaginary superheroes, and after the timeline was rewritten by Dr Manhattan there were no Comic books on JSA and they came back to life

Black Flash is also the corpse of zoom if you didn’t know, but I’m not sure if that’s just the CW show that had that.
I think it's just the CW, because Black Flash is basically the Reaper for Speedsters, but in the CW it just goes after speedsters who break the rules of the speed force (I think)

I do not remember Oliver Queen getting a tour of Heaven by Barry Island so that is the one I did not know. Also final crisis essentially rewrote it so that Barry was out running that for 20 some odd years that supposed to his him becoming one with the speed force

I always thought the creation of "Black Flash" was just silly when they already had "The Black Racer". I know he's supposed to be the embodiment of death for The New Gods, but the name really fits with the Flashes' speed motif too.
In the CW show, black flash appeared in season 2, as zoom was defeated, the time wraiths surround him and then zooms appearances became more like black flash

The Black Flash is just some variation of Barry or Wally depending on which comic you read, the black Flash and black Racer are almost always an established speedster in the universe

Black Flash was never alive to begin with, so it can't become a Black Lantern. Nekron wants the souls of the dead while Black Flash drags them into the speed force. Incompatible.
That said, when Eobard Thawne became a Black Lantern he declared himself the new Black Flash.

Black Flash is just another aspect of Death like Nekron, The Black Racer, and Death of the Endless. He's essentially an equal to Nekron. I suspect that if he had need or desire to do so, he could control the black rings the same as Nekron. I'm pretty sure they had Death of the Endless do so at one point.
Technically black flash is hunter Zolman in the arrow verse but idk if it is the same in the comics

No. The Black Racer collects the souls of the New Gods. Black Flash takes the souls of dead speedsters and puts them into the speed force.

He's more a creation of the speed force. The souls of speedsters don't go to Heaven or to Hell. They go into the speed force.
