I prefer the target red prepaid debit Visa card. No fees whatsoever as long as the child is 13years or older. Also if you buy anything at target, you get 5% off.

I supposed that’s why people would choose go Henry cause they do it for under a 13yrs. We’re considering it for our 8yr old who’s starting chores for pocket money, etc

I'm mexican and I'm getting this for my sisters daughter she's starting middle school and im put her on game and talk to her that she has a man in ger life. I'm gonna be there always ! She's lucky!
