Saffron

Black Cardamom= 2
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Mace Flower= 2
Green Cardamom= 10
Black Pepper= 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf= 4
Clove= 5
Star Flower= 2
Royal Cumin= 1 tbsp
Onion= 200 gm
Mutton= 2 kg
Cumin Powder= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 2 tbsp
Biryani Masala= 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 1 tsp

Boss. Beautiful. We do make in our own way but I must try this. However we DO like to fry 1/4 potatoes to dump them in the cooked mutton and then arrange boiled eggs around the dekchi.
