Dude, so bee-ooo-tiful. And I know I'm picking nits but I was hoping you'd put some black on the hood scoops as they blend into the hood with the white paint. Cool!

At first I thought ya had a blob of flesh in your hands but after closer inspection it turned out to be a Cadillac in the flesh and the svt lightening turned out way cool

Maybe this sounds weird but the automatic center punch and the scotch bright are my favorite parts. Watching paint bubble is a close second.

Looks really good. If i remember correctly that year has the same motor as the 2005 Ford GT.
As for the caddy. I like it. I might have gone with a black vinyl top gunmetal and silver. But that is me.

Just going thru some lightning vids and came across yours, building a real replica with my 07 single cab with a coyote swap , so cool that they made some models of the concept truck gunna have to look/pick one up for my self

Fantastic Lighting clean-up Austin! Although I am not usually a fan of white paint jobs on my customs, this looks excellent! Those decals really set it off, I do think the grill might have been better painted, those head/tail lights are uber realistic.

Are the days of silver headlights numbered? I hope so!! 👍👌😁 The headlights look great but the tail-lights are perfect. It should be interesting to see how many folks download a set. I'm sure you should make a small charge for the downloads but making them available free of charge keeps things really simple. Also means that youngsters without credit cards can get hold of them easily - nice gesture.👍
They made it till 2004 and it was the Heritage Lighting because it was the older body style. In 2004 Ford introduced the new body style for the F-150 which is the one you are holding but that body style was never made as a lightning
Beat me to it. It’s too bad the 11th gens never got a Lightning variant, although I believe Ford offered a certain upgrade package for the 11th gen that dressed them up to look like a Lightning. I remember reading about it in either C&D or MT back in the day.

If you paint your masking and exposed area with a thin layer of clear before the color coat... no runs below the tape!

That truck was a concept truck, they never actually made the lightning on that body-style F150. Would have been cool if they did, the concept truck looked pretty neat.
Spot on. That model was too heavy and to perform better than the prior model, they needed 600hp+ and that didn't happen in 2005. Today, it would be a different story.
It looks fantastic! Where is the link for the decals? That's one item that is sorely missing in the 1.64th world, Detail decals! Loved those head and tail lights!
