Really happy that we threw the cup game away on Saturday and made no effort to actually try and get a result just so we could "focus on the palace game" in the league that we're about 9 points from safety in. Great plan that was. Fans still blaming the squad we've got for every result not going our way and making out the two managers we've had are at fault for nothing need to look at Luton's championship squad who minus Barkley and Townsend is no better than ours and two players can't be the reason they're way ahead of us and are now out of the bottom three. The team that ran rings around us just got hammered by Luton. Embarrassing.

Wilder trying his best no doubt players are giving everything but lack quality running round but passing is terrible coming out of defence defenders are decent at heading ball but lack interception skill goalie should have dealt with first two goals all at sea with first and for the second his position should have been nearer to right side as this was the only place the attacker could put the ball we are nearly certain down now we need money to buy reasonable quality players only one we’ve got at this level is Mac on loan
You can't let all these goals in and expect to stay in the premier league we need a complete overhaul of the defence
Defence seems to be the problem, ball watching in previous games, two players following the same runner in the box on Saturday and tonight, edge of the box 5 yards given to a dangerous player. They seem to lack concentration and communication
This game shows what we don't have and that is Quality we have passion in bucket loads but that isn't good enough not week in week out in the prem yes in a 1 off cup game and we wont get the quality we need with the prince in charge ⚔️

It was a very open game. but Eze and Olise made the difference. When they both went off Sheff Utd went for it and Palace backed off. Ozoh did well in that period. I like Wilder but I do take issue with his complaints that Palac

How can you win a game of football when the team captain is the weakest link in the team and by all accounts wants away from United.
Surviving relegation looks more and more of an impossible task as each match day goes by, we just aren't Premiership material. This is our big chance to put together a really good squad of players to take on the best in this league and to gain the all important premiership experience and win the Championship title next season to return and give the Premier a much better showing, hopefully with an ambitious new owner in place.
As the old saying goes - it's never over till the overweight lady sings ... but in Uniteds case this season that is looking most likely ... I think it's over. ⚔️

I am a blades fan of over 60 years standing, but in all those years I can’t remember a manager of ours blaming referees week in week out, unless he wins. Why doesn’t he just pick up a whistle and give it a go in the premiership then he might realise how hard it is. Without a referee you have 22 players and a ball but no game. Totally disrespectful Wilder.

The sandwich comment was crap, but there's plenty of truth in what he says about referees being inconsistent and poor, and about how the Blades more often than not get the shitty end of the stick.

We fluked a draw at Villa thanks to VAR and the referee, Beat Wolves with a penalty that all neutrals have said was the incorrect decision, got gifted an equaliser against west ham which was the wrong decision again and all neutrals have said so.

@@DavidManifieldwith wilder we are actually challenging and engaging the opposition. Before we were just bystanders. Even if the end result is the same atleast we are now going for it and building some sort of foundation for next year.

I would say we look a little better under wilder than hecky but still not performing Premier league football but we didn't convincingly win championship games last season so sell two of the best players, reshape the squad, land in the Premier league and then give pep guardiola the job and I dont think he would do much better.

Same can be said about Luton's squad but Edwards isn't blaming anyone and everything else is he. Just getting on with it and that's why Luton are now out of the bottom three and into the last 16 of the fa cup. If Wilder had that mindset instead of whining constantly we'd be in a better place.
