Another great video. Thanks to you I just completed my steering wheel install today on my 2000 LC. I saw this video about a month ago. Been shopping for a steering wheel and liked one on eBay. They recently had a 15% discount and I jumped at the price drop. Install was simple thanks to your video. I did lock steering wheel and did tape for alignment. The only issue I had was trying to set the airbag perfectly in first then screw torx screws in. This was eating up time in the heat. I finally just started the torx screws in after aligning one side and went and did the other side. I made sure it was aligned perfectly and finished up tighting the torx. I have the wood steering wheel as well and it's significantly heavier than the stock. I recommend this video to anyone trying to do this. Thanks again for the awesome videos. I live vicariously through you on the work your doing!
Good video. Though I suggest you leave the nut when pulling on the steering wheel. About half way on would be best. Safer that way, so you do not hurt yourself.

Thanks for the video. I'm troubleshooting a fog light issue and I believe to have traced it to a faulty switch in the light switch on the steering column. Do you know if I need to take the steering wheel off to replace the light switch?
i did this recently and it makes a world of difference in the appearance and feel. it only took me an hour to do it as well.
what year is your LX, would the steering wheel from 03-07 fit a 2001?
