Facts you got wrong:
1. It has 5.3s 0-100kmh, not 4.8.
2. E53 has a completelly different engine. V6 in E400, straight-6 in E53.
3. Car on the video doesnt have any spoiler.
4. Digital dash isnt on all Mercedes models. Even for E coupe speedometer display is optional.

More information on wheels and tires size please. Is it lowered or spacers? I have an 18 E 400 and like your wheels on this. Mines 18s 245/45/18

Does the interior in e400 change or is it the same as e300 for example ambient lighting ecc..
It's the same. The only model with interior changes is the E53 amg. Ambient lighting etc are options available on all engines. Thanks for watching!

Mine is a base model 2018 and has stagger wheels. 2wd, no air ride. V6
