If people are siding with the government in an attempt to get food, shelter and safety then it seems only logical for them to do so, before they get shot. At the end of the day, Vice will tow the establishment line, esp on foreign policy (which of course has bipartisan support). That doesn't mean Martin isn't biased. She happens to be right about Obama & Biden- they are no better than the Bushes & Cheney. But she does have her ideological blind spots- I saw her actually praise voter-ID laws for their role in cleaning up fraudulent voting processes to provide free & fair legitimate elections in Latin American countries. But here in the US, requiring ID to vote is ostensibly an attempt to thwart free & fair elections?
