    Hi @Sanuj could you please tell drills for kick movements, what i am lacking is full cordination during swimming specially the legs, body is floating but with much force from hand and legs more or less not moving at all

      Tumhe utna time nhi hua hai swimming karte hue
      Best advise toh yeh hi de sakte hai ki aap deep waters meh swimming try kare. Preferably 6 to 7 feet deep. Vaha aapko thoda darr lag sakta hai par 'fight or flight' instincts seh aap improve ho sakte ho
      Karte rahiye aur consciously swimming kijiye. Aapko baar baar apne aap ko yaad dilate rehna hai ki haat aur pair dono chalate rehna hai

    sir, i am swimming beginner. i watch all your videos. your techniques help us while swimming. today my forth day in pool and i learned to go in deep water. i brearh well, body floats well. only issue i face is, when i start hand movements, my kick power becomes less ,legs try to touch ground and speed reduces. please suggest.

    Hamare coach dog style sikhate hai jis me head up rakhna hai aur breathing Pani ke bahar se karna hai to usme pair niche na jaaye uska kya tarika hai? Puri body loose karne ka try karte hai par fir bhi back pe thoda pressure aa ke paav niche jaate hai to lambi duri Tak swimming nahi ho pati hai. Please suggest
