    Competent coaching:
    Play football fitness games 4-6 minute blocks with 2min rest, in the way that he wants his team to play in the game.

    Competent coach is able to spot the drop in fitness levels when players aren’t able to perform their given team tasks anymore. For example slow in pressing or dropping behind the ball.
