If you are discussing Panama why are you showing the traffic in NYC and a mosque in Southern Spain. Please, don't play with other people's intelligence. How dumb and inaccurate your credibility. Do your own homework first..... and for your own information the health care system in Panama is highly competent and most of the doctors, are fluent in English.
