    I am on probation and I have been charged with a misdemeanor theft. They have me a bond on the MTR and I’m on pretrial services. What is the likely outcome

    So basically the state is just bsing and taking they sweet time and they gone get to you when they feel like it. Let's just be honest about it

      Yea i believe they see it as a win win , like the long process of road construction , they keep getting paid and the longer you wait the higher the possibility that you will catch another charge and youll be in deeper shi. Ive been waiting a year and a half for a marijuana charge 2dg felony ,

    My case wasn't filed 6 months after I was arrested and I've already had 2 disposition/resets for my case and its 1 felony charge why is this?

    Thank you for the knowledge, Would You guys be able to explain how the statue of limitations comes into place on a escape charge from a private correctional facility? County that the escape charge accured havent filed charges..Theirs no videos explaining the process of this specific charge anywhere!
