- Not every case is a win. Sure we all have great stories about the cases we have conquered. What are the tough cases? What happens when you client has multiple cases in their criminal history? Maybe they don't get out of jail immediately. Maybe they don't get bond. Why do some of the toughest people cry and moan about being in jail? I don't know. Do they realize the system is not forgiving? Seems like they don't get it.
I wish I never need you, if I do...100% you are my lawyer.

Born again lawyer HA! I love it. My Ex is on felony probation but she still alienates my entire side of the family, except when she asks for money. I was unaware until last evening that she had been arrested June 3 ,2021 I think there is no better time than now to finally get paternity and take her to court.
So it’s possible to get felony probation for armed robbery at 19?

I totally respect this video and thank you for it. Unfortunately, my fiance has the tears drops tattoos his Mother and sister, were suicides. Released on 09/20 to 03-21 he overdosed himself 7 times. Caught 4 more drug felonies in 3 different counties in Missouri. By the end, of April, 2021. He was staying with me. Has been ever since. For nine months, I have made sure he went to these court cases without going on the run. For the first time ever this drug addict. What's a different life instead of correctional faculties and the streets. I quess the question is. With a probation violation felony E. 7 years he was sentences and 5 year back up. No drug court or treatment just send him back? I do applaud this video. I'm not looking for sympathy or money. I just don't understand when there was talked about reinstatement with treatment. I'm so upset my fiance has to do 7years. All thses cases were before me. I changed that man. He turned himself in don't any of it counts for something good.

Hi. I'm on probation for 2 dui's in harrisburg. I used to drink. To cope with losing custody of my daughter. I got 2 dui's in the process quitting alcohol, now a yr sober. Tonight I just got a 3rd degree felony warrant for property damage I did back in August this yr... I haven't turned myself in yet. I'm very scared. I've never had a felony before. And I'm trying to do what needs to be done to get back to my daughter. I feel like I may never see her again. Could you give me some advice on what I might be facing. I made a really poor decision to destroy someone's stuff when they burned for me for money. I lost everything but seem to have more time I need to waste to do things the hard way. I have a question which is the oposite from the subject of this video. My friend has stolen my prescription drugs from the pharmacy by fraud. There's security footage of her taking my prescription, she used her credit/debit card, and came up with an absurd explanation of why she did it during her interrogation.
She has been charged with felony 5th degree controlled substance, awaiting trial. Since she has a clean record, I'm curious to know your opinion, of how high are the chances that she'll get away with this.
Not very with a confession and video evidence. The theft and subsequent possession of the medicine not prescribed are both felony offense.
The chances of a stiffer sentence come from being found guilty at trial.

Just got off community control and started probation where I can go out anywhere now , they said they can still come to my house so I’m allowed to go out what happens if they come and I’m not home I’m allowed to go out do they call me before they come then or? There’s no curfew either

Do Feds give probation for Felony A crimes like first degree robbery and armed criminal action?my friend been on house arrest for 2 years first it was state, then it was picked up by the feds. He already admitted to the crime of the first degree robbery but the other guy is the person who had the gun so he trying to get the aca charged dropped but the courts is also rescheduling the courts a lot since last march. So he keep saying he hope he get probation but will the Feds give him probation for tht nd he feel he will get timed served bc he been on house arrest for 2 years

My love was falsly accused of a crime by his baby momma because he didn't sucum to her advances. She had been sexually harassing him for months and using their child as leverage. We have proof of everything and not he is facing 10 years. It is breaking my heart. She changed her whole story and is telling him whole family a completely different story then the police report.

If it’s fraud then we may be talking 17 year old and case can be direct filed as an adult. Need more info to answer

Where are you out of? I want to petition the judge to reinstate my firearm rights. Over a juvenile felony f4 in Ohio. I stole a car at age 16. It is being sealed hopefully shortly. I have no felonies or prohibitions as an adult. I have a couple misdemeanors (4 to be exact). Nothing in the past 10-15 years. If you are from Ohio. Let me know. You seem like a down to earth attorney.
Got a question, I already violated probation once for dirty urine. Got that over with, now I have another one, was caught driving without licence while going to work. Plus one dirty urine test. And with no criminal history. What can you tell me based on your experience
Sounds like your trying to get incarcerated. Get it together before things get really bad. Call an attorney to discuss. Depends on judge and prosecutor. Each case is different.

Bond only guarantees your appearance in court it does not determine guilt or innocence and certainly not future punishment

To be, my son I felt you describe him 96% and being accused of a domestic girl has already recanted her lies and she didn't think about consequences to either of them let alone the waist of time n resources she lied to assist in her " so/called fight for her life she also knew his last gflfrnd did the same thing so even though charges were dropped all a record of it n now that is complicated more than she ever knew he's being held still we will go to trial soon, shit needs to change cops das need to stop jumping thru hoops for these lying ass vendictive bitch's cops understand they end up n these domestic cases all the time difference is they just get dropped he may do a lil counseling but he won't fight for his freedom or to clear his name, your videos give me lots to take note of n learn from so I thank you
