Hello I want to clear one doubt..
The two universities I want to apply one have their deadline on 15 January and other one has in month of july.
But during December~January period I will have Marksheets till 6 semester only, and If I apply with that converted VPD,
Will I able to get new VPD to apply for other university if I submit 7 and 8 semester Marksheets, you know if semester grades add up overall grade will increase..
It's better for you to wait till you have your marksheet. Why to waste money on uni-assist with incomplete transcripts.
Only send your application if uni accepts with 6 sem marksheet

Should we write Cover Letter and CV in German language ? Will it increase the chances ?
Depends upon the position you apply to. If position requires fluent German then make it German or vice versa.
