I hear a lot of people (inc top scored) says, "man you gotta apply as much as possible. But no one said abt what you did in 20 mins. Youre an out-of-the-box thinker. Hi Sir/ Ma'am, Please help me and address my query. I am based out of India currently working here for a US based MNC. My wife works for a German organization and holds a blue card. I am thinking to move to Germany but want to continue my WFH due to covid for next 4 or 5 months with my Indian organization but from Germany location. My base location & payroll will stay the same(India). My organization will allow me to do work from there only if they don't have to pay any taxes & if there are no legal boundations. My question is Can I legally work from Germany for my Indian organization for a temporary basis of 4 or 5 months and If I do so, does my organization or Me become liable to pay taxes to German govt ? Please help I need Urgent help and guidance on this.
