    Can a school kick someone out for having a disability or TBI I don’t think so but I need to know because I have a disability

      Not really. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) protects your right to education and has information and language on how to request reasonable accommodations. You may need to take this to a higher governing authority (like the school district, county, or state) or find support from your local disability office. Reasonable accommodations may look different than a typical classroom setting.
