Thanks for the memories! Was assigned as a PACD Officer in the old Mountain Province In 1961. It was then composed of five sub-provinces(Bontoc, Ifugao, Benguet, Kalinga and Apayao). Now it is all separate Provinces. Got assigned in the Municipality of Luna, Apayao. Never saw the beautiful sights of Kalinga! Reiterated million thanks!
