Good tips and kills. Only thing are:
1) No point in dropping at the military base if you're gonna leave so early and relatively light-looted. In this case, you could have flown somewhere far off the flight line with zero danger and acquired similar loot. If you don't come out with mostly tier-3 gear, a sniper, a 4x, or AR/sniper suppressor it's kind of not worth it to drop military base, Pochinki, school, and such in the first place.
2) Although it's tempting to hold onto boosters to maximize their potential effectiveness, ALWAYS have your health topped off. SO many encounters in this game are saved by 1 HP. In addition, before you started to run across the field at the end, you should have full-boosted. You had 2 painkillers and 4 energy drinks; highly unlikely to use those by the end of the game with 14 people left.
3) Your shots are pretty good, as evidenced by the kill count, but your distance tapping needs a lil work. Maybe try slowing down your tap speed like 25% and see if your hits increase and time-to-kill decreases.

I like those tips. Another I'd add is that people put too much weigh in their ability to see enemies with just their regular vision while spinning the screen like that. You'd be surprised how easily you can miss someone but when looking around with a scope you wouldnt miss them. He had a 8x and sat there a good while,should have spent at least some of it scoping out rocks and trees and such with that scope to look for hidden players
No one is dropping Pochinki and leaving with "mostly tier-3 gear and a sniper/AR with 4x and supressor" dude. You could drop Poch and loot the entire town and not come away with that stuff.
I just gave a comment along the lines of those boosters. I have gone face to face with a UMP vs AK after max boosting and it seems we both land 2 or 3 shots but I win, my damage bar still in the white. I have also landed what looks like 3 or 4 shots on a target with a SCAR when i have zero boost and he lands one hit with his UMP and im crawling around(team play).
Im sure boosting is possibly the most overlooked plus you can load in your game that so many people dont do it. Really i should just keep my mouth shut and keep killing them all, lol.

The most important thing in this game is understanding when to play defensively or aggresively.
Mistakingly playing with the wrong playstyle will result in an easy death.
FFS after watching this video i won the next Solo PUBG match..6 kills. Got so lucky on most of my kills just because I waited an extra 10 seconds before moving. Thanks lol

my biggest problem is I can't see people. even when I have tons of time and squad mates tell me exactly where to look I see nothing.
maybe its your graphic settings / graphic card (loading the chunks to slow). having the same issues sometimes with my crappy gtx 570
So i've played a ton of BR (A3) and pubg and the best way I think for me in the game to spot people is to do a few things. 1. Combine sound and visual, if you hear movement coming from a direction,, take cover and wait for visual confirmation. 2. Use easy identifiable features about players, backpacks, coats, colors like white standing out in a green area and just look for something that doesn't look like it should be there. 3. take your time and scan, do large scans and then smaller and prioritize on areas where people are likely to be. 4. just check your graphics and see whats the best graphics settings to use and still get at least 30 fps. Hope this helped

Two more tips I think is useful. First, at 13:54 you take cover against a yellow wall, the contrast is very high between you and the wall so you are easy to spot. Second, use the freelook key to scan the area instead of turning the character around because the turning around is detectable movement for other players.
Hey man I've got 3 solo wins under my belt and only around 40 rounds total (90% solo), and I'd just like to say I found this video extremely helpful. I bought PUBG about 4 days ago and have put about 8 hours into it. I've made it to the top 10 3x, but a max of 2 kills in any given game. Watching this video really helped me understand how the game is meant to be played, and how important it is to know your limits and play accordingly.
After watching this video I played another game of PUBG, but this time more aggressive than is characteristic of me. I got to 3rd with 7 clean kills. The last guy I had the drop on, but I missed two shots and he got cover; he had a sniper and I didn't. If I played better mechanically, I could have won I suppose. All the little things I learned from this video apparently made me 5x better at the game, thanks!

Having watched this back in 2018 and now, is kinda funny.
I really loved Moses' explanations of PUBG. Especially the academy when he showed gameplay of some to me unknown "chocotaco" *cough cough*.

This is very helpful, one thing I noticed was you don't use the alt-camera very often though? I typically scan my 360 periodically, spotted so many people running behind me that haven't seen me yet, as you aren't moving nearly as much with the free-look :)
Just got this game, nice vid, I hope to take the advice about nerves to heart.
At 16:04 you also probably shouldn't have ran across the open either way. Not spotting people happens often and is preventable, but the overall plan seemed flawed. A better option would've been to move along the right side of the blue border, making your way to the white circle. You had 1:23. There was also cover thanks to the buildings, and more trees as you move up.

wtfmoses this was my # in high school. This pic was from a full contact alumni football game I played in and was lucky enough to snatch this #up.
Oldest dude playing was 50, 4 of us in our 40s and the rest were 20s and 30s. Being 44 at the time it was a lot harder to regain my breath between plays even though I trained hard... lol. For military base, just go to the big tower building thingy, all the loot is right there for you, you will only have to kill 1 person or less, and after that, you'll be able to leave.

The loot isn't higher chance of certain things in certain areas. It is just based on the fact that there are more loot spawns in those areas. The spawn locations are all random as per the devs confirming this. It's not that there is a higher chance to find a Kar98 at military base, because your'e just as likely to find one at a compound in the field.
Ive noticed you use single fire instead of auto, is auto viable ever or would you recommend leaving your AR's on single fire?

While you said that getting good position and staying still is partly true, you never want to stand completetly still. Small movement from side to side so you don't get one shotted by snipers.
I love your game advice! Not only does it re-emphasize skills I have, it helps out by reminding me of little experienced but very deadly occurances that can end a game quick!!

I have a question.
Do the use of power drinks and etc, effect the winner when you have face to face shoot outs? By this im talking about game mech in deciding whose shots are killers and whose are wounds. Any ideas? Im pretty sure it is a big influencer on damage received. Its just my experience that if my boost level is high i dont seem to get killed as easily by other players shots(if im running across open ground) and my shots seem to be more damaging. Ive also squared off after boosting all the way and fired from the hip point blank with a UMP vs an AK and it seemed we both hit 3 times yet im still in the white on my damage bar and he has become a crate. Any comments?

My start is get geared up as much as possible early game and then follow the circle the whole time without killing anyone unless it's handed to you on a platter. Then camp in the center of the circle until it's you vs last person
