Way too many influencers talk all about calories etc but you eat such a balanced diet and refrain from talking about food in a negative way, so thanks so much x

So your video’s really help me relax on the sunday night. They inspire me to eat healthy the following week and do my work outs and relax. I really appreciate your videos! Love these kind of videos. I don't even know if you're going to see this comment (You always have loads xD) but how to you get your sweet potatoes to look like that. They look amazing. Mine never ever look like that, to be honest sometimes they are slightly soggy (taste amazing but the eyes also eat the food and visually mine are always feeling sorry for themselves).
You look SO glowing and your healthy and happy lifestyle just keeps inspiring me even after 2 (almost 3) years of following you!

I always eat hummus with sugar snap peas. It's one of my favorite snacks. Not random at all.
I never realized that mulberries were not well known until I was a teenager. I grew up with 6 mulberry trees! 5 in my backyard and 1 in my front yard. I used to pick them off the tree that hangs over my pool and eat them when I was swimming! I can only imagine how good they are dried!
How’d you cook your sweet potatoes? And broc? Wish you’d show or put the ingredients and steps to cook them :)
