- Toph reunites with her father, Lao in this motion comic adaptation of Avatar the Last Airbender The Rift by Gene Luen Yang and Studio Gurihiru. Join Aang, Toph, Katara, Sokka, and the air acolytes on their adventures in restoring the Air Temple's traditions started by Avatar Yangchen. In this episode, Aang and Toph continue to combat over whether the old ways are best or innovation is needed for the nations. In the meantime, the Rough Rhinos return to wreak havoc on Aang's plans.

Very nice, I finally caught up with all the Avatar videos you've made, believe it or not, your channel with the Promise & the Search + the so far 3 parts of the rift are my first introduction with these comics/books, after I finished watching the original Avatar series. Hopefully the next episode (or episodes, idk how many are needed to tell the entire Rift story) I'd be closer to be ready to watch legends of Korra since I'm trying to follow the timeline & I really got used to the voices & edit styles of how you represent the avatar comics that I don't really want to watch/see/read it from another source, so I'll patiently be waiting for episode 4 or maybe even the next upload being the rest of the entire story!

Thanks for your feedback and watching! I think I was going for something slightly different from the Nickelodeon series at the time and wanted to point out that the entire planet could technically be bended by Toph. But I agree that would be a more direct translation.
