It can be used for the F1 but only for the old cars from the 60s till 2000 i would say. All modern f1 cars would break immediately because they cant handle the tarmac and they just are Not high enough to get around the Nordschleife quickly and safe. They could Go around but only at a very slow speed as you can see in the video from Michael Schumacher driving the Nordschleife in bis Mercedes F1

The track is probably too long, technical and exhausting to drive at night. Well for a Le Mans Prototype that is

Or try to make them go through Karusell......they would bottom out and probably be undriveable.

Sir Jackie Stewart called it the Green Hell once and from there on the name stayed around
