Easy Homemade Fruit Leather

- This has to be one of my all-time favorite snacks to bring along on hikes, pack in lunch boxes, or as a sweet treat to finish a meal. Why would you make your own, you might ask, as grocery stores carry a wide variety of different fruit leather options? For two reasons, and there are probably more if I really think about it, but the first reason is that you know what is in it, and second, it contains no refined sugar. My Homemade Raspberry Fruit Leather is made with only four ingredients: raspberries, apple juice concentrate, maple syrup (optional), and lemon juice.
Give this homemade fruit leather recipe a try. I think you will be amazed. It disappears very quickly in my home.

I'm 20 and don't even have kids yet but all I could think while watching was, 'I can't wait to make this with my kids!' 😂 healthy, tasty, and fun 💕✨
That's great! Yes, this is a fun recipe to make with kids:)
I have to say... I would never have guessed the Mango one.
My backyard is all fruit trees and fruit bushes. Hundreds of them. My favorite is the Sea Buckthorn. It makes the best fruit leather. You don't have to add anything to it. Everyone needs to grow Sea Buckthorn. It's the king of all fruits for a reason.
Wow!!! I have never heard of Sea Buckthorn! You have inspired me. I am determined to buy a couple bushes! Thank you!
Canned fruit is also a good source. I love fruit cocktail leathers!
Wow, great idea! I have not tried that. Thank you for the suggestion.
Right on time!
You’re FANTASTIC 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️ Thank you! Great video and great information 👍👍👍

is so good!!
I am excited!!!! We just got an industrial dehydrator, and and ready to put it to good use.
That's fantastic! There are so many fun things to do with a good dehydrator. Happy New Year!
GREAT PRSENTATION. THANK YOU
Thank you so much for watching!
I had this as a kid, and that was a long time ago... ;) I could buy it at our corner candy store, then they replaced this with fruit rollups and they are nothing in comparison to natural real fruit leather. I am definitely making this!
I am so glad to hear it! These never last long at my house. I may just have to make some myself.
Dette ser godt ut Ani. Dette vil jeg prøve. Tusen takk
Wonderful! I hope you enjoy the recipe!

Aww... thank you so much! May God bless you!
Thankyou for this recipe ♡ I'm going to try to do it your way. But I want to try mango and chilli
Mango and Chili sounds amazing! Please let me know how it turns out if you try it!
Amazing recipe! I'll be making this for on the road for a trip I'm going on soon. How would you wrap them in parchment paper? Like bake it there, and roll it while hot, then cut into pieces? Or should I allow it to cool before rolling? Thank you! I love your channel!!
Great Question! I let the fruit leather cool completely and then roll them. It will be a perfect snack for your road trip! Thank you so much for watching my video. Hope you have a wonderful trip.
@@ChefAni thank you!!
thanks for another great recipe, can I use baking paper instead of the baking mat?
Absolutely! Parchment paper works nicely!
170°F or 170°C ??
Amazing! How would you male them with lemons?
I think I would mix lemon with another fruit, example lemon/orange or lemon/berry.
A couple of hours meaning 2 hours?,
Exactly:) Thank you!
@@ChefAni Ok thank you 😊
Love your recipes....Are you a chef in a restaurant?
Not right now! I am currently writing a cookbook:)
That hand was funny. I thought it looked like a clam! Lol
Haha... yes, it did look more like a clam than a mango:)
I haven't heard the phrase "Fruit Leather" since the 5th grade. We use to trade snacks in the lunch room. Good times. And how do you confuse a pineapple with a mango? It's unacceptable. lol.
I didn't really try any new recipes this week, but I have been outside more now that the weather is gorgeous.
Happy to hear you are enjoying the warm weather. It has been so beautiful here in New Hampshire too.
Lololol awesome. Tongue tied
Thank you!
Does honey work as a sweetener?
I would think that should work just fine!
I’m watching this while eating it
Oh wow!!! Hope you enjoyed the Fruit Leather. It is such a fun treat!
@@ChefAni ikr and a delicious treat 😋
