I like Podz , he’s scrappy and not afraid of anyone
He is a great addition to the line up
he is too confident , too cunning and too smart to be a rookie , he is not doing anything insane on the court but he is just solid on every aspect of the game , he defend ,lock down , rebound , screen , shoot , pass ...etc he just got a little bit of everything which is very weird for a player who just got drafted
And he's good at taking offensive charges.

Hungry rookies with something to prove are always big assets for a veteran team
That was Poole back then (though not really a rookie when he popped off on GSW). He had a lot of prove and proved it he did. Problem with Poole after the title run was he let everything else other than hooping take over his head, tryna be Curry when he wasn't. To be great includes being consistent, and Poole wasn't. Hopefully Podz, TJD, and JK just continue to improve as Curry's career is nearing its end so the organization and the fans have something to look forward to.
Steal of the draft, his rebounding is above average for a guard and he seem have such a mature game for a rookie. Having CP3 and Curry around will only elevate him

His passion comes across but so too does his basketball IQ. He sees the floor and makes the smart play over and over again. Those are skills a talented point guard needs. It is also something Draymond Green offers and his appraisal of Brandin is telling. He also has a great shot. I can imagine him the point guard for the Warrior.02 and having as great an impact as Kumigo on the teams success. He could even be a star himself... building on his skills with guidance of Warrior greats like Steph and Klay. His future is bright.
He's very consistent
He has good footwork, has a nose for the ball (a la Dennis Rodman), and gets after it. Smart, he makes the right decisions with the ball and is a good ball handler for his height and playing style (Better than Thompson); he's a good shooter. He's calm, he's under control. Who could ask for anything more?
Now, Iet's come up with an appropriate nickname. Let's come up with a handle. It could take a while before we're accommodated to the last name.

@@somone1437right now Kerr is experimenting, there were even games where podz played sf (which wasn’t optimal tho but now he’s at sg) since he’s starting. As he put Wiggins on the bench. They might put him at the 1 as a starter eventually, as I’m sure during in game rotations he is basically the 1 as the primary ball handler. Putting curry at the 2 there and him at the pg may be a good idea but idk about the matchups on D for curry
two months later he just feels like hes getting better and better. Especially during the Draymond suspension and with CP3 out it does not for a second feel like theres a rookie out there. It might be early but it looks like hes the real deal.

The only problem with Podziemski around, there were a lot of times Klay wasn't gettin that much ball, and Warriors needs Klay to be productive and specially Klay's clutch in the 4th, but all in all, he's a good steal, a unicorn, small but can rebound, can shoot 3's, can penetrate, can take a shot defensively.
I hope he doesn’t end up like Mac McClung. He’s good too but we never hear about him. Sad
Not strikingly athletic in any specific area, but he has really high b-ball IQ, great vision and instincts, and is really hardworking. Gamer.
