How are the career development opportunities for overseas nurses who are working in the UK. Can a l acquire a degree when l am a diploma holder and working at the same time in the UK as an overseas nurse? Again are there any chances of getting spousorship for this career development in the UK as an overseas nurse while on the job?

Hi Ngonidzaishe, yes there are plenty of opportunities for you to acquire degree courses throughout the UK and most of the employers will support you with the same as long as it doesn't affect your contract working hours. You might need to check with your employer about sponsorship options for the courses as this may differ from employer to employer depending on their company policies.

Hi Adwoa, many thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately we are one-trick pony and only recruit for registered nurses at the moment

Nice video. But i have 2 questions to ask. (1) I have not taken IELTS, but my licence will be expiring by December 2020, is it possible to do my verification before my licence hits it's expiry date next month. If yes, (2) How do I go about it. Thanks

Hi Miracle, it will be strongly recommended to activate your license as NMC might need them to verify your documents by the time your license expires.
