John grew up in the Philippines until he was 17 and Lora is a small town girl from Wyoming! We have videos about our relationship, including How we met, and how we raise our half filipino kids. I am so happy for you. Your paths crossed. It was meant to be. I was in a long unhealthy relationship which I ended after 3 years. I went on a job interview and met my husband now in the lobby. I asked him for the time as I forgot to wear my watch. This year we will celebrate our 36th year of marriage. Make time for your marriage and it will last a lifetime.

i met my wife when she was 15 studying high school im already 20 working that time.then she convince me to follow here study and finish college for our future.now were happily married and blessed with 8year old daughter 16years and counting.what a beautiful lovestory..
Lora you are not the typical white American girl, you have some innate Filipina values in you which makes you very charming and loveable (I am not saying that American girls are not). And I think that's why John fell in love with you without hesitation. John knows you are a hard to find kind of American white girl. And seeing you together for the last 10 years, I don't see any race difference coming between you and John, and this is so true and evident especially when you moved to the Philippines. I am also wondering why you convinced John that you guys try living in the Philippines. You may have mentioned it in your previous videos but I may have missed it. Naka-relate ako sa "how you met" story nyo. Naka limang asawa ako pero single na nmn now hahaha. Halos same situations lahat ng naging relationships ko. Nagtxt,nagkita,nagsama at naghiwalay. Mahirap talaga kasi ofw ako dati (seafarer) kaya most of the time 5-8weeks lng kami nagkakasama and 8-10months magkalayo kaya all five relationships didn't worked out.
That’s right, when u feel like it feels right, then that’s the one :). That’s what my husband and I felt when we’re dating, it just felt right:)!It feels great to just reminisce those memories :).
And we’re gonna be 7 yrs married this aug 18.

For Filipinos @ 24, that is very brave thing to do...and look at you 11 years later, have this beautiful kids and living in a Beautiful Village in Suqui, Calapan City. Philippines. I really love your vlogs...I was commenting on the previous videos (making small house) that John can do that business as well in the Mindoro...Be a good hit. I think.
