I have purchased literally hundreds of dried out cigars from Best Cigar Prices !!!!!
So what do we do? Am I missing something here? This was a waste of time.
Increase humidity in your box and patience

That's not in his best interest, he'd rather see you throw these old cigars out and buy new fresh ones from his shop.
If you had bothered to watch the video, you would find that he says that it takes a long time to dry out a cigar, and therefore it takes a long time to put water back into it. Put it in your humidor and wait

I’d hoped that you would actually show how to rehydrate dry cigars. I bought some cigars from Best Cigars that came dry, too dry to smoke. I’ve had in my humidor for a month, however still too dry.
It can take months. You would need to have kept it there for all this time and maybe longer.

This was a usuless video. I suppose you could have taken 5 seconds to refer people to the actual resource at the beginning
I left my cigars in the cedar wraps came in, they all dried out except the ones with out. The ones without the cedar wraps were just fine.🤔 Take your cigars out of the cedar wraps please because you're suffocating your cigars.

Put it in a Ziploc bag with a lightly damp paper towel, that's one way.
Generally speaking you simply need to gently reintroduce moisture.
